Tecnogiflex

Tecnogiflex is a springy toe puff series to be used with latex/neoprene or with coated thermoadhesive EVA or polyurethane based. The toe puff is applied by a special pneumatic pressing machine, equipped with heated curved plate, timer and thermostat. Advisable working condition: * Temperature: 130°C - 150°C about. * Contact time: from 6 to 12 seconds according to the thickness of article. We recommend that you carry out a preliminary test of bonding as the conditions of application may vary depending on the characteristics of the upper. There is no binding time as to the lasting period. The heat activation of the toe puff and upper is recommended. Temperature 100°C from 5 to 15 sec.
