ICAD NEST Base and Stamp Placement Program

The IcadNest program is a program that works integrated with the Icad2d+ program. You can scan your insole stamp and other stamps with the help of a scanner or transfer them to the program in formats such as Dxf, Cpz.. After the desired arrangement is made on the stamp, it is tooled and placed on the material; and can be sent directly to the cutting machine. You can add interior items to the stamp, such as a cutout or a silver pen. For some areas (depending on the model) there are tooling modifiers that you might want to use (like an area you want to keep the tooling stable…) Nesting with IcadNest is pretty easy. Allows you to control the placement and intervene manually. Thus, you can use the material as you wish and minimize the waste.
